April 23 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

APRIL – Inviting in the fullness of life

Befriend the Spring Full Moon.

In this month’s Moon-inspired workshop we embrace more practices for self-care and vitality. We will be expertly guided by Meg Krejci and her daughter Paige. This will be a revitalizing evening where we will learn to mindfully connect to ourselves, our lives, the moon cycles and rhythms of the seasons. Included in our monthly series will be learning of mindfulness and themes of nature, a centering practice, and moments to journal.

These evenings will include the creation of a moon bath with a corresponding crystal for continuing the self-care ritual at home. Journals will be provided or feel free to bring your own.

This workshop is based on the book Moon Bath  by Dakota Hills + Sierra Brashear, building awareness of the cycles and rhythms of nature to support nourishing practices and self-care rituals.  The book can be ordered from The Novel Neighbor in Webster Groves for 20% off! Click on this link: The Novel Neighbor | Moon Bath and use promo code MOON at checkout — whether for in-store pickup or delivery.  The book is not necessary for the workshop.
